Our roots go back to 1992, when Toivo and Anne Hallik founded one of Estonia's first small bakeries in Tamsalu. Back then, baking was still new and full of discoveries.
It was at this time that master baker Otto Schütt, a man whose family had been an honorable bakery for several generations, came to Estonia from Germany. His knowledge, skills, and warm attitude gave Toivo and Anne valuable guidance and helped create what Päts Sahver has become today.
Otto's legacy lives on in every one of our baked goods - honest craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and work done from the heart.
